First responded the next day - didn't really schedule an appointment after I hit the "hire" button - however I was not in an emergency situation...Nevertheless Mr. Avis was not "hindered" by Corporate rules - in the end he was extremely curtious... Fast service when I explained fully the problems and issues - completed the job in less than 5 hours - bathtub leak, heater switch, and single sink tub replacement...I'm sure it didn't hurt when he supplied all the parts/items and home depot nearby... Extremely knowledgeable about older plumbing technology having 30 years experience... I thank you for the very reasonable price Mr. Avis...

Eugene replaced two bathroom faucets and installed a multi-sprayer shower bar / shower head unit. Eugene arrived on time and was most gracious and professional. He explained various parts of the job and worked to ensure my satisfaction. I would gladly hire him again.
