First responded the next day - didn't really schedule an appointment after I hit the "hire" button - however I was not in an emergency situation...Nevertheless Mr. Avis was not "hindered" by Corporate rules - in the end he was extremely curtious... Fast service when I explained fully the problems and issues - completed the job in less than 5 hours - bathtub leak, heater switch, and single sink tub replacement...I'm sure it didn't hurt when he supplied all the parts/items and home depot nearby... Extremely knowledgeable about older plumbing technology having 30 years experience... I thank you for the very reasonable price Mr. Avis...

Mr. Avis did a great job for our family. We had another company, Village Plumbing, out and they told us it would cost $1300! Mr Avis fixed our problem and two additional ones for $550. He arrived on time, was courteous, and professional. I would definitely call him again.

Mr Eugene was prompt and new what to do if plan A didn't work.
