Introduction: Hi!
Thank you for your interest in my translation, interpretation (available only by phone, Skype or in person around the Denver Metro area), and editing services.
I hold a bachelor's degree in international relations (people and cultures) from the University of CA at Davis, and have built a solid professional career as a freelance Spanish/English/Spanish translator, interpreter, and editor, while also offering services to localize and adapt marketing materials. My experiences have always been supported by outstanding interpersonal, organizational, and bilingual communication skills.
My personal and professional endeavors have involved traveling and living in many Latin American countries, including Mexico, Argentina, Chile, Bolivia, Ecuador, Guatemala, Honduras, and Nicaragua. I also have lived in and worked with Hispanic communities in the U.S., including in California and Colorado. I am, therefore, able to understand, adapt, and develop the best possible Spanish-language translations and marketing materials based on the target audience.
Some of my current and former clients include The International Development Law Organization (IDLO, Rome), the UN's International Fund for Agricultural Development (IFAD, Rome), Family Star Montessori School (Denver), the Denver Preschool Program (DPP, Denver), Vegas dot com (in house, Las Vegas), Virtual Words (Denver), Verizon Wireless (Folsom, CA), and the Latin American Center for Rural Development (Rimisp, Santiago) among others.
I offer special rates for non-profits!
Cheers,
Alejandra
