FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Because my business specializes in installing EV charging equipment, I can offer very competitive pricing for this type of work. I also include an engineering load evaluation of your home's electrical panel as a part of every project.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I often visit the home to review the existing electrical panel and charger installation location first. I'll talk through exactly how I intend to install the new wiring to ensure that it meets the customer's expectations. I provide a cost estimate that also describes the installation. We schedule an installation date which can be weekdays, evening, or weekends. I also can provide a rough estimate over the phone if the customer is able to share photos and describe/measure the work. If the cost is acceptable, I'll schedule a date to visit the home once for both the cost finalization and installation. This helps customers avoid needing to schedule meeting in person twice.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a licensed Master Electrician and also a registered Professional Electrical Engineer. I approach all projects thoughtfully to ensure that not only is the work installed properly but the approach meets electrical codes and good engineering practice.
