Ben was very punctual. He was easy to work with and responsive. A day after he installed our ceiling fan, it developed a clicking sound. In addition to mounting the new ceiling fan in our great room, Ben diagnosed and corrected a problem with an existing ceiling fan that had been wired incorrectly. Ben came back, again, very punctual to his return visit, and quickly determined that he needed to use a different spacer for mounting the transformer under the fan cover. Ben cheerfully corrected the problem. We would invite Ben to bid on any future electrical work.
