Carlos replaced a socket that had shorted the circuit it was on due to a loose wire. He also replaced other switches and sockets on the circuit. He was at my home within 2 hours of my call to him, troubleshooted and made the repairs quickly, and the cost was very reasonable.

Carlos was an excellent representation of outstanding craftsmanship, due diligence and professional service. He called ahead, was on time and went to work immediately and was as efficient and more than concerned with cleanup and answered all of my questions very truthfully. I find that with today's market it is hard to get people who listen to their potential customer on what they want. I appreciate that Carlos listened and also made suggestions on how to improve my ideas. It was great working with someone who cared about his customer and their property. Any electrical work that needs to be done in my house will only be done by Empire, thx.

Carlos did an excellent job. Like the other reviews indicate, he was timely and courteous. The only issue I have is the fact that he still charged the full hour for a job that only took 15 minutes. The issue was as simple as turning on the outside fixture properly. Granted, I should've been able to do so myself. I recognize that his work is contracted out by a company so it is not his billing entirely. I am satisfied with the work, just wish it was slightly prorated due to such an easy fix. Lesson learned, next time I will just call a handyman.
