We purchased our home in June of 2025 and the front driveway/stairs/porch, and the back patio/walkway to the shed had a cracked/chipping concrete overlay on it that was very slippery when wet. I needed to get these fixed and non-slip before winter. I had a few concrete estimates and they were outrageous! Started researching commercial grade epoxy and requested a few quotes. I am so glad we went with Montero Surface Prep! Spencer & Damien were great to work with, knowledgeable, professional, and communicated everything along the way. We had an excellent experience. A prior company had put too much sealer on our stamped patio. We thought we were going to need to get it sand blasted. It had areas of white haze and was dull. Montero came out gave it a good cleaning and it looked like it had been resealed when it was not.
