- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer competitive rates and flexible payment options. I frequently discount monthly invoices which can result in hundreds of dollars saved by the client over the course of the case.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first thing we do with a new client is have a discussion about goals and expectations for their case. After we understand what the client is looking for, we craft a cost-conscious plan to meet those goals.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I received my JD from the University of Illinois and I've been practicing law since 2015. I have worked on at least one hundred divorce/custody/family cases and at least one hundred criminal cases. I do continuing legal education to make sure I'm up-to-date on changes in the law and best practices.
