Usually yes. But it varies on the conditions and the area of the project. Though the price can be negotiated of course.

I give my phone number to contact me and then I arrange to meet up at clients convenience.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
My father was a carpenter for many years. He taught me the secrets of the trade and I enjoy the work I'm doing and also working with customers and making their lives a little easier is a big plus.
