I gave them a detailed account of what the problem was and what I needed done. And to my surprise they actually gave me a quote. All of the other HVAC vendors I contacted wanted some kind of blank check. And not only did they honor their quote their work was superb and their technician had a fantastic attitude. I'm really pleased and will work with them again for sure.

I have used Custom HPACES for several years and knew it was only a matter of time when my A/C and furnace would need to be replaced. When the tech came out this year to do the A/C maintenance and I told him the house wasnt cooling sufficiently, he clearly presented me with alternatives, including replacement. I asked for a quote and received one the next morning. I found the price to be reasonable and a week later I have a new cooling and heating system.I talked to the owner, Dwayne Haskins, twice to make sure I understood the system being recommended and the work to be done. He answered all of my questions in a way I could understand them and made me feel comfortable with using Custom HPACES and the equipment being installed.The techs doing the work were very professional and pleasant to work with. They were so quiet, I barely knew they were in the house and they made sure not to track any dirt, etc inside. They, too, answered all of my questions and made sure I was kept up-to-date on their progress. The job was actually completed in less time than originally estimated.Given my nervousness on this type and size of purchase, I am very pleased.

After trying a half dozen HVAC providers over the last 20 years I landed on Custom Heating. I've been using them for 7 years now and am very happy with them. They've replaced both boilers and forced hot air heating systems for me and they service my heating systems regularly (I've needed no repairs on anything they've replaced - service is just regular maintenance).
