Maximum building built a brand new front porch for me. I could not be happier with it! The quality of the construction is above my expectations. Randy was very communicative and told me every step of the way what I could expect and providing me with options. I highly recommend them for any of your construction needs and will definitely be using them again in the future. I would give them 10 stars if I could.

Randy and his team were amazing! From the initial consultation through every step of the process, it truly felt like we had a partner—not just a contractor. What began as a request to upgrade some builder-grade features in our new home quickly evolved into a much more collaborative and creative experience. Randy provided thoughtful input, kept us well-informed about costs and timelines, and consistently delivered high-quality results. His team handled everything—from installing a custom archway, to building a hidden room with a Murphy door, to tiling and adding shiplap to fireplaces, to wallpapering, painting, and adding new lighting fixtures. We were so impressed with their work that we brought them back to finish our backyard. If we could give more than five stars, we absolutely would!

We hired Randy to do a total bathroom remodel and install new flooring throughout the house. From day one he walked my wife and I through his thinking for each step along the way, always asking for our opinion and never making a decision without us. I felt I could trust him and he was completely transparent when it came to money and the pricing of different options, etc. Cost-wise he’s pretty unbeatable. He is an excellent problem solver when issues arise (and they always do in construction/renos) and I never doubted his intuition or integrity. He’s got an eye for it and is a master craftsmen, electrician, plumber - you name it. Dude is a unicorn as far as I’m concerned. His crew was very nice and respectful and always made sure to clean our space once they were done for the day. They do excellent work as well. Bathroom turned out beautifully as did the flooring. Thank you Randy!

I hired Randy for what was originally going to be a simple project, but it evolved into a full gut remodel. He was the perfect person to navigate the quirks of my particular building and always made sure the work was what I expected or explained why things had to be done a certain way. You never know how construction will go, but Randy made it as easy of a process and possible and very pleased with the end results. Would definitely recommend him for your construction/contracting needs
