I hired Randy for what was originally going to be a simple project, but it evolved into a full gut remodel. He was the perfect person to navigate the quirks of my particular building and always made sure the work was what I expected or explained why things had to be done a certain way. You never know how construction will go, but Randy made it as easy of a process and possible and very pleased with the end results. Would definitely recommend him for your construction/contracting needs

Randy bid on my project to replace our broken greenhouse solarium with a new one from Home Depot. He then suggested to me that he could build a 3-season sunroom which would be much nicer and not cost much more. We had priced sunrooms from contractors at the home show, and they were ridiculously expensive, so we were looking at Home Depot greenhouse kits instead. I am so glad we found Randy because he built me an economical 3-season sunroom on top of my cement patio, which in addition to being a lovely usable room with panoramic window views on all 3 sides, is also a functional pass through for my dogs to go outside through two dog doors. Randy also assembled a 14x12 Gazebo and installed a fan, gutters and electrical outlets on two posts. The backyard patio transformation surpassed our expectations, and we were pleased with the quality, value, and daily communication on arrival time and project status and options. Randy loves what he does and cares about the quality of his work and we are so pleased with the end product -I would highly recommend him!

I recently had a ceiling and insulation installed in my garage. Randy along with his crew were extremely professional and punctual on the job. Their prices were reasonable and I will definitely go through them for future work.
