Randy and his team were amazing! From the initial consultation through every step of the process, it truly felt like we had a partner—not just a contractor. What began as a request to upgrade some builder-grade features in our new home quickly evolved into a much more collaborative and creative experience. Randy provided thoughtful input, kept us well-informed about costs and timelines, and consistently delivered high-quality results. His team handled everything—from installing a custom archway, to building a hidden room with a Murphy door, to tiling and adding shiplap to fireplaces, to wallpapering, painting, and adding new lighting fixtures. We were so impressed with their work that we brought them back to finish our backyard. If we could give more than five stars, we absolutely would!

As a first-time remodeler, I’d heard the horror stories about hiring a contractor - - over budget, delays, constant oversight, etc. From the moment I met Randy at Maximum Building, I realized my experience would be quite different. He listened to my ideas for improvement, but also showed me ways I could save money. He offered guidance and advice, when asked. He, and his professional, friendly crew, worked to complete renovations within the timeframe discussed. The quality of the work and materials exceeded my expectations - - so beautiful. When the remodel balance was due, it was EXACTLY what had been initially quoted…….not a penny more. We hired Randy to do a total bathroom remodel and install new flooring throughout the house. From day one he walked my wife and I through his thinking for each step along the way, always asking for our opinion and never making a decision without us. I felt I could trust him and he was completely transparent when it came to money and the pricing of different options, etc. Cost-wise he’s pretty unbeatable. He is an excellent problem solver when issues arise (and they always do in construction/renos) and I never doubted his intuition or integrity. He’s got an eye for it and is a master craftsmen, electrician, plumber - you name it. Dude is a unicorn as far as I’m concerned. His crew was very nice and respectful and always made sure to clean our space once they were done for the day. They do excellent work as well. Bathroom turned out beautifully as did the flooring. Thank you Randy!
