- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Yes. I charge $20 hr, $30 45 minute, and $60 for an hour lesson. Group lessons and classes are a great way to take lessons at a reduced cost. Classes are 45 minutes at $15 per student. Must have at least two students enrolled for the class to start.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to meet your the phone to start and go over lesson times, days, and other logistics. Discuss the students experience with music, their goals, abilities, and musical interests. It is a good time to get to know one another and to make sure our first lesson is a success!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I graduated Cum Laude from Fort Lewis College in 2009 with a degree in Classical Guitar Performance. I have continued my personal development as a musician ultimately enriching my skills as a teacher for the past 17 years. I mindfully practice with a very specific intent and stick with my intention (musical material) until I have fully ingrained the concept into my musicality. It is more fruitful to mastery a simple concept than it is to haphazardly stumble through an entire fretboard worth of material.
