- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is set by the job, and an estimate will be given to you before work starts. Our prices encompass all of our expenses, so you do not have to worry about extra fees. Please also note that we have a minimum job charge of $75.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When a new customer reaches out to us, we seek to schedule an appointment for them ASAP. We will get an idea of your job requirements, then give you a rough cost estimate and begin work when scheduled. We will arrive on time and address your requests efficiently. After work is completed and has been shown to you, we will either collect payment immediately or send you an invoice, depending on your preference.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have attained multiple certifications from Pikes Peak State College in the fields of carpentry, building codes and general construction. I have also received a large amount of on-the-job training working for multiple companies doing carpentry and residential maintenance.
