I had a great experience with DenCo Property Services. Matt came out to replace an outdoor light fixture and also took care of some touch-up painting around the house. He was professional, friendly, and made sure everything looked perfect before he left. The work was done quickly, but with great attention to detail, and the final result really improved the curb appeal. Id definitely call DenCo again for future projects.

I rarely write reviews but DenCo absolutely earned this one! I had a random list of repairs: hanging a TV, replacing some ceiling light bulbs, and even building a few pieces of furniture and Matt handled every task with skill, care and precision. They showed up on time, explained everything clearly and left my home spotless. I can’t say enough great things about DenCo! From the moment I reached out, the communication was fast, friendly and professional. They scheduled a time that worked perfectly for me and showed up right on time (a rare find these days!)
I had several tasks: mounting a large TV, and assembling some furniture. Matt tackled everything with incredible efficiency and attention to detail. Not only was the work done flawlessly, but the space was left cleaner than when he arrived! What impressed me was his knowledge and ability to problem solve on the spot. He explained everything clearly and took genuine pride in his work. You can tell this isn’t just a job for him, it’s a craft and something he takes very seriously.
