- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For most jobs we have developed a flat rate repair guide for whatever service is needed. However, on some occasions we do use an hourly rate depending on the project at hand.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
In most cases we start by providing our customer with a free consultation, during which we establish their wants, desires, and needs. Following the consultation we provide them with a free written estimate for the repairs. Once the customer has agreed to the estimate we determine the best time for the customer on when to start the repair. Throughout the entire process we are in constant communication keeping you up to date on everything that is happening from start to finish!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
On the job experience is the basis of what our company has been built on. From repairing our own home to helping other with theirs.
