We hired RPM for our bathroom remodel & I truly cannot say enough good things about this company and its owner Vince Ortega! We have owned 2 fixer upper homes over the last 8 years, so I am very well-versed in home improvement DIY as well as what it’s like to hire various tradesmen. Because of that background I not only have high standards for work quality, but also a need for open discussion about the work I want done & what I want to do myself bc of budget. Vince exceeded my expectations in both those areas! He listened to what I wanted, discussed my options, answered all of my questions & best of all, consulted me every time something came up that needed a design or logistical decision. And for people who DON’T have any knowledge or experience, THIS is the company to hire bc they know what they’re talking about & they’re happy to talk it through with you OR make the decisions you don’t want to be involved in. Those 2 qualities together make a home Reno project so much less stressful :) In the end our bathroom turned out flawlessly. Our shower & floor tile & new bathroom fixtures are beautiful & I couldn’t be happier with it. RPM is absolutely exceptional and I am so thankful we found them. As long as we’re in the Denver area, they’ll be my go-to guys for all the things I can hire them for! (No seriously, we’re hiring them some landscaping this summer 😆) Vince & Dominic, your work is truly quality & it was a joy to have you in our home. Thanks a million!

We had a great experience with Vince and highly recommend him. We had a very tight schedule for our laundry room project and he was able to complete everything on such short notice. He did plumbing, electrical, and drywall work all in a day and a half. He was professional and very respectful. We fully intend to utilize his services for future projects!

It’s not easy finding a good company to hire so when I do, it makes it even better! Vince and Dom were awesome from the initial visit to see the project to the completion of my bathroom renovation. They painted, put in new flooring and replaced a toilet for me. My old floor had a sticky sound and they knew the problem and got rid of it! They took pride in their work and did a great job. I highly recommend Residential Property Maintenance and know I’ll be calling again soon!

Vince and his team at Residential Property Maintenance exceeded our expectations in professionalism, work quality and responsiveness. Over the years, we've had many people in our home for updates and repairs. Usually the owner is amiable but the workers stomp through the house and proceed without checking in with us first. Everyone on Vince's team were so aware of our needs and worked extra hard on our time restraints and unusual bathroom requests. I cannot recommend them enough!
