- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to text. I own and operate this business , so it’s hard for me to make and receive phone calls promptly. I like to exchange as much info through texting and pictures. That way there is a record of all discussion that is easily referenced and accurate.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Just the school of learning from pros, doing the work, respecting the craft. Simple as that.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I grew up in Boston. Blue collar work is appreciated more there in my opinion. In one from a whole family and community of working class blue collar men and women. It was instilled in me early that this work has value and doing it right has value. I started actually working in construction in 2001. Prior to that I ran printing presses.
