What truly set On Top Flooring apart was their commitment to customer service. Alan checked in daily, kept me informed of progress, and proactively communicated any potential issues before they became problems. Flooring projects can be incredibly disruptive, especially when you're moving furniture and temporarily losing access to parts of your home, but Alan and his team made the entire experience feel easy.
They also went above and beyond the scope of their contract. While my dishwasher installation was not included in the agreement, the crew installed it anyway. When the dishwasher I purchased turned out not to fit, I exchanged it for another model, and they returned to install the replacement without hesitation. That level of service is rare and speaks volumes about their dedication to their customers.
I received several quotes before making my decision, and I am so grateful that I chose On Top Flooring. The craftsmanship, professionalism, communication, and genuine care they showed throughout the project exceeded my expectations. I would confidently recommend Alan and his team to my friends and family, and I would not hesitate to work with them again in the future. If you're considering new flooring, do yourself a favor and book a consultation with On Top Flooring. You won't be disappointed.
