We hired Papyrus for a second job in about 9 months and they did another fabulous job. This time, we were ripping out carpet in the basement and William made it possible for us to install Finished-on-site hardwoods! I didn't think that was possible for a basement but they made it happen. I would recommend this crew to anyone.

William and his team just ripped out the carpets and installed old school oak flooring in our living room and we could not be more thrilled. They were very responsive, gave us a quick quote after about 20-30 minutes of talking about our preferences and looking at the other hardwoods in our home, and got to work a couple of weeks later. They met every deadline and were very professional about telling us what to expect and when. They finished when they said the wood and the floors look insane. Soooooo gorgeous and such exquisite workmanship. We could not be happier. We will absolutely be using them again for future projects and I'm thrilled to have found such a great floor partner for our home.

William and crew were amazing! Our floor was in rough shape and now we couldn’t be happier. We were given many choice of colors and eventually chose something totally different after seeing them on the floor. Every step of the process was clearly explained to us beforehand. The wholesome process lasted about a week. Papyrus flooring is a definite recommend. 5 stars.
