William and his team just ripped out the carpets and installed old school oak flooring in our living room and we could not be more thrilled. They were very responsive, gave us a quick quote after about 20-30 minutes of talking about our preferences and looking at the other hardwoods in our home, and got to work a couple of weeks later. They met every deadline and were very professional about telling us what to expect and when. They finished when they said the wood and the floors look insane. Soooooo gorgeous and such exquisite workmanship. We could not be happier. We will absolutely be using them again for future projects and I'm thrilled to have found such a great floor partner for our home.

TL;DR - If you want great floors, use Papyrus Flooring. We had one of those disasters you hear about but don't ever wish on anyone. We were 2 weeks into selling our house when a malfunction with a water valve caused significant damage to our beautiful hard wood floors. The floors were so bad that they were a tripping hazard and cracking / buckling was too significant to sand over. After an initial meeting, I knew William was not the fancy sales person, but the artisan doing the work. We had others quotes which want to cut corners, but Papyrus wanted to make sure our floors were perfect, in budget and as quick as possible. I asked a lot of questions, constantly wanting to know how things were going and William was super knowledgable, honest and kind. The value we got was incredible, they were always working when they said they would and made sure we were never in the dark. I wish 1/2 of the other contractors I've worked with would have the ethics of Papyrus. Now that we are done, I'm sure if we ever need flooring, big or small, I'm calling Papyrus.
