- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer great pricing for the top quality work we do. We always offer free estimates so that you can get an accurate price with no hidden fees. We have seasonal discounts, reach out to see what we offer at the time.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We try to make our process as simple as possible for the customer. He reach out if interested and offer a free estimate what ever date is convenient for the customer. Then we email them a detailed estimate with all there options they requested. If need to we can help customer with options if they need ideas. We work together with scheduling and sign a contract when starting job. When job is complete they would pay for full labor.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We try to stay up to-date with all flooring trends and techniques to use. We do a yearly BONA training we’re all our employees go to better all our skills and see what is new in the flooring business so that we can offer this options to our clients.
