FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have always had the client's budget in mind when pricing our staging, interior design, and remodeling. We profit from volume and consistency, instead of over pricing projects for individual customers. That's why we come in at a lower price point then most all of the comparable companies.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will have a quick chat (via email, text, phone, or in person) about your home and your moving in, selling or personal schedule. We usually request a few photos (which at times we can get online simply from a previous listing) of the home. We can also schedule a simple walk through if you prefer. Once we've established your schedule and what the home needs to meet your needs or to sell fast and for top dollar. We immediately mobilize to meet any of these needs for you.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Worked in residential/commercial construction and real estate since 1996. College degree in "Architectural, Engineering, and Construction Technologies". Remodeled, designed and or staged 126 homes and counting in the Denver area since 2016 alone. Lost count of how many I've done in all the years prior to becoming licensed in Denver.
