I recently had the pleasure of having Karla from KGC Cleaning Services deep clean my home, and I couldn't be more impressed. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Initial contact for services, talk about what needs to be done, Look at estimate. once approved take a look if permits are needed which is included in the estimate and if any load bearing walls or anything structural needs to be noted, once thats done we establish a starting date, 50% upfront and last 50% after work completion.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Was in demoltion for a good part of my life. mostly doing commercial and industrial demo projects around the US. have been on the structural side of things when handling demo.
