- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing and packages are outlined on my website. For smaller projects, I also offer flexible hourly services.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a discovery call to discuss your project, goals, and overall vision. From there, we’ll either schedule a paid, in-depth consultation or a complimentary on-site visit to develop a detailed scope of work and pricing.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Masters of Arts degree with certification in Interior Design and more specifically Kitchen and Bath Design
