- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer fair pricing and they’re always upfront and rarely do we have any add-ons that need to be made because we are very clear from the get-go
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I’d like to get information as in what needs to be moved where it needs to be moved to whether there’s staircases involved how soon they would like to get the job done if it’s flexible is your schedule can accommodate it being done sooner or later or when they would prefer and after just a short conversation I can usually get a good idea of what the customers needs are and fit them into my schedule
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been working in the Junk Removal area as well as cleaning up and janitorial work for a long time so I definitely know what I’m doing
