the customer reaches out by phone, text or email. we gather basic details; we provide transparent price information and schedule a pickup time that works for the customer. our team arrives on time, confirms pricing, answers any questions. we remove all agreed upon items.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
this line of work is very hands on. my education comes from safety training, learning proper disposal methods, and real-world experience on the job.
