Best experience I've ever had with a contractor. The contractor I had hired to do my bathroom remodel was HORRIBLE. 6 months without a bathroom. My new shower was leaking into my neighbor's bathroom below. After multiple attempts to fix it and 4 months, I hired Adrian to do it once and for all. He responded to my request within minutes, set up an appt for the next day, where he worked like an animal for 8 hours, ripping apart the entire shower and concrete base. He had it fixed that day. It was a lot of work. I couldn't believe he had it done in a day. It was a torturous 4 months with the tenant, landlord, maintenance people, property manager, and HOA breathing down my neck. The damage below cost me $2000. Adrian charged a VERY reasonable price. I wish I had looked sooner. Adrian was a gift from GOD. Look no further. Hire him. His professionalism, knowledge, pride, and work ethic are unparalleled. THANK YOU ADRIAN! The BEST!

First I want to rate Adrian Delgado the owner. Punctual, polite and courteous. Gave me estimates slightly lower than anyone else, letting me know he was savvy about the business and competitive. I needed floors installed and the first company advised me that my subfloor was off 1/8th of an inch and would have to be completely replaced. After checking the integrity of the floor and using a leveler in multiple places he advised the floor was structurally sound and would be fine as is. 3000.00 savings. His crew (which was as awesome as him) took 2 days to do my living room and dining room and they staggered the flooring using the variations of natural color (I used Brazilian Walnut) and my floors turned out perfect. I could not be more pleased. This company is on my shortest list to do more home improvement. Next I need my bathroom floors tiled and a kitchen wall removed. AD's is my first choice.

My project involved the reconstruction of a 1960's era shower. I contacted Adrian and he came by the same day to provide a detailed quote. Work started three days later, and we were very pleased at the care he took to prevent dust and debris from leaving the work area. My wife's online choice of tile was sold out, so Adrian worked with local stores to get an alternate pattern. The work was completed in about 4 days, and we are both very pleased with our new shower.
