Rodrigo came out promptly and quickly removed an improbably deep concrete pad from my yard all for a reasonable price after a quick discussion of what he would do and what could go wrong in the process to make sure I was comfortable before starting work. I would absolutely recommend him for any work you would need.

Saints services really live up to their name! Saints! Rodrigo and his team came through with our basement project. We needed framing, drywall, flooring and a few cabinets to be hung. Saints came over looked at the concrete slab I needed replaced and actually had a crew there within 4 hours demolishing the old slab . Work is outstanding. Flat work perfect. The owner Rodrigo has put together a really good company. I would recommend Saints to my family and friends

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
There is a tried and true process we implement to ensure the compaction is proper for your placement . Concrete is only as good as the subgrade it is placed on . We implement a 4 step process that is standard to our protocol.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Assess the water is draining away from the property . Most failure is due to concrete impeding the flow of water i.e. gutters or poor compaction. We typically use a laser when unsure of the grade to get to the nearest 1/8 of a inch .
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We hold MBE , SBE , EBE Certificates from the city of Denver and the state of Colorado . We are also backed by Build Block and do custom concrete homes almost X3 times more energy efficient than standard homes
