Chris was professional, polite, friendly, and responsive to my needs. I reached out to multiple people and nothing, but Chris responded right away. Also, I live in Castle Rock, and Chris doesn't live close at all. That said, he mentioned that he wanted to help me, and the distance wasn't an issue. Thank you for taking the time to help me. I'll use him in the future.
