After losing the key to my bike last winter I'm finally able to go riding again.I got a new key and spare key cut for $229 which feels like a fair price especially since they came out to my place to cut it.

I called Flatirons Locksmith to come fix a door handle that was not working. A locksmith was sent out right away. Robin had a door handle he could switch out for the broken one. The repair was done quickly and the charge for the service is very reasonable. I have used this company before and they are always responsive. Robin has worked for this company for over 10 years and is knowledgable and efficient. He is friendly and always has time to answer any questions without me feeling rushed. The owner, Russell usually answers the phone when I call. If not he returns my call promptly. I have been so fortunate to have found this company. They have been able to get over to my house the same day most of the time. I had a call back because I thought a deadbolt wasnt lining up right. Robin came out the same day. Robin could not get it to stick or malfunction and I even did everything possible to make it not work right. I felt so bad to have them come out for a non issue. Its nice to be able to use a local small business that cares about their customers. A+ for customer service!!
