An incredible business that clearly values their customers and work ethic. This morning I woke up and realized I lost my keys, did not have a spare, and needed to figure something out. I contacted Friendly Neighborhood Locksmith and got a appoinment for today, but they also called me within 3 minutes of the booking to get more information and make sure they understood the job. I was not to sure about the type of key or if it has a transponder or anything as such, but the person I spoke with was so incredibly patient, understanding, and helpful. He took time to explain how the different keys worked and the estimates for those jobs, I didn’t feel like a bother at all. Due to my own lack of knowledge I canceled my appointment and did not realize the business suffered from that, but the owner respectfully texted me and asked me the reason of my appointment cancellation and what he could do to fix it, he wanted to get a chance to show me how well his employees can get the job done, and that I would be satisfied if I went with their service. Well I decided to go with them for my job, and could not be more satisfied, I was met with respectful service, quick and quality work, and it all got done today. Amazing work, I would 110% use this business again. Such a humble and kind owner and employees, who clearly know what they are doing. Thank you!

I wish I could submit a review describing this Lock Smith but I can’t because of the 3 words limit! Lol… ok well I’m sorry I had dragged the poor fella out to Fort Lupton , and in the end I ended up finding my car keys..he was just on his way promptly and that is a long drive from Denver to Fort Lupton, I felt bad about wasting their time because they worked hard to find an available lock smith for me. I was not sure what his response was going to be when my husband informed him I ended up finding the keys. But he was a nice and understanding guy and they have a great work ethic there. They took the time to come all the way from Denver to fort Lupton! Now that is what I call service. I did locate my keys but they were awesome and I chose this company because the reviews were great and people were very happy with this company. I believe it’s because they are willing to go above and beyond even if you live in ft lupton!I will be recommending Leo and the other folks who work there to my family and friends. My life is filled with so many pressures and i have had a rough year. It’s good to know there are still people who have ethics, and a very kind , and cknigg
