[Updated resolution for issue below]I was really looking forward to the service from these folks after looking into their reviews. I gave them a call regarding a vehicle I was locked out of (lock issues not key issues which i mention. Also not an emergency) they asked me for details so they can send the right person, which I gave to the best of my ability. They gave a nice price, I thought was reasonable and im told I have a locksmith is ready to be on his way eventually. The lcksmith comes and embarrassingly my key opens my car door, but I mention we took the battery out the night before so the alarm would stop sounding and asking if that has anything to do with it. The lcksmth pretty much ignored everything i said after he saw my key open the door even though i mention i was struggling all the night before to get it to budge and would still appreciate a diagnosis. He mentions he was told he just needed to get someone in their car not investigate if the lock is broken .essentially just chalked everything up to the visit being pointless since its just an old car with an old key and spent less than 4 minutes not even asking any further questions to clarify anything and evaluating my car. After being told NOTHING is getting done to my car I was still charged a WHOPPING 100 dollars for i assume an inconvenience fee for the travel. However the locksmith had called beforehand and mentioned he was only 15 minutes out and again, was at the location of the car less than 4 minutes before asking for my card and canceling the whole fix. He never even bothered to call and maybe offer to bring someone else out, even after I explained I never mentioned I couldn't get into my vehicle and that I had always explained the lock was the issue. Super mega dissapointed in the miscommunication at this business that ended in me losing 100 dollars, and being told to call the correct person next time cus apparently its my job to call and ask for a person I dont know about. I also assume if I call them again to request the proper service, that there will probably be no fix on the price for the correct service for MY inconvenience, especially on a vehicle that wasn't even an emergency fix. DONT CALL UNLESS YOUR READY TO BE POTENTIALLY MISUNDERSTOOD THEN CHARGED 100 DOLLARS FOR THEIR LACK OF COMMUNICATION IN THEIR OFFICE. I will be investigating if I can dispute the charge at my bank because this is ridiculous. Im leaving 2 stars so people can hopefully see this review more. Those 100 dollars for a smile and a nod is crazy. [UPDATE BELOW] 03/05/26I was reached out to by Greg after he mentioned he saw my review. He was willing to work with me on a good timing for a chat and sincerely apologized for the mix up after confirming the details I had given were correct. Offered to come back out for the job, I turned it down as I had already figured it out but he was able to issue me the refund for the $100 I was charged the day before.

Ultimately I had a neighbor that was able to help but these guys were super responsive, a few blocks away in my hood near Cheesman Park and very willing to help on a Sunday night at 10pm for a home lockout.

I had a great experience with Greg and Andrew. I was a bit in over my head when it came to selecting new hardware and the rekeying process for my home, but they were very understanding and explained a variety of options to me. They were incredibly responsive and flexible with scheduling. I would definitely recommend if youre looking for service in the Denver area.

Great service. Grechi is a great dude, and completely got after the work. I hadn't set him up to well with prior lock drilling, but he was kind and professional about it all. Highly recommended!
