I don’t think I can give harry a high enough rating! We were in a precarious situation and needed our locks changed ASAP. I found myself on something called Thumbtack, looking for a locksmith. This Goodfellow site came up, so I sent a message: "It's probably a tiny job, no rush, but the deadbolt isn't turning with my key." Literally 60 seconds after hitting send, I'm getting a call from Harry. He says he'll be here in 20 minutes. He was here in 10. Fixed it in less than 15. A 100-year-old lock, working like new.
