Harry set a time between 12 - 1. At exactly 12, he called to let me know that he was running a little late and if 2 was OK. Then not long after, I got a call and he said he was done sooner than he thought and would be there within the original window. Finding anyone with that kind of communication skills is hard to find these days. Also, I didn't fell ripped off. He tried repairing the lock instead of charging more to replace. I'll be calling him again if I need a locksmith. I would like to check value and punctuality if it would let me Carol
