Harry was amazing to work with!! He was punctual to start and extremely knowledgeable and polite. He responded to me right away when I needed help and was able to help us change multiple locks. He was fast and very efficient too! 10/10 would recommend!!

Was thorough and importantly he wanted to help fix the problem not just throw parts at it or say “you have to buy new” He resolved the issue and it was not a standard scenario. If you need work on a lock, and/or a door out of alignment, I highly recommend!

Harry was professional, knowledgeable and solution driven. We have old historic doors and needed one to be fixed and new locks. He also suggested a keypad lock for our side door as easier for kids who lose keys and outside workers who have regular access to our home. Great work, easy to work with and timely. Also a nice guy

I called Goodfellow Locksmith at 11:45 pm after having mistakenly locked the bottom door knob in my garage by mistake. It was cold and snowing outside and I was stuck freezing in my garage. Goodfellow stated that they would be at my house within 30-35 minutes to help me out. Sure enough, with the snow falling and all, Goodfellow Locksmith was at my house at 12:17am to get me back into my house. This is probably the best and most professional experience that I have had on Thumbtack. I would definitely recommend Goodfellow and I wouldn't hesitate to use their services again.
