- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Because our designs are custom, so is our pricing. And while every project is different, that DOESN'T mean you won't know what to expect when you begin a project. Typically, we price on per-project basis and that price is presented to you in a proposal and agreed upon up-front.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After initially connecting, I like to set up a meeting to learn more about the project and the client's needs. This can be over the phone, via video chat, or in-person depending on the situation. My goal here is to get a sense of the scope of the project, learn about the client and figure out if I would be a good fit for what they need. From there we work out project details, expectations, etc and away we go...
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Bachelor of Arts in Graphic Design, as well as years of design experience working directly with clients.
