What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing system is straight forward. I have two hourly rates: one for information gathering and analysis along with writing & editing; and higher rate for more sophisticated activities.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I read many magazines on business, keep abreast of blogs and trends, and I also converse with colleagues about their techniques. I do take on-line and in-person courses.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
More and more people are asking me for help with their business. I found that I enjoy the work plus I love shaping in people's business ventures.
