- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I’m honest and I know I’ll give you exactly what you paid for . If the client is willing to let me do any work on their house I treat it as if I’m working on my own home.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I first like to introduce my self and then understand what type of work the customer is looking to get done or repaired then get it done as professional as possible.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a high school diploma, I attended MSU (downtown Denver) but realized college wasn’t for me after Covid.
