- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Everything is up front with pricing before the job is signed off on. If there is an unforeseen issue that pops up I’m more than happy to let the client know and rework the contract if need be.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Assess the current situation, walk through what phases of the job need to be completed and assess a time frame the work will be completed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
12 years experience with fire/water restoration, mold remediation, and rebuild.
