I've heard Chet speak on several occasions. He has a captivating delivery and inspires his audiences to think beyond the familiar and comfortable. He has a marvelous global lens through which he sees life, and he contextualizes his content in its relevance to international and intercultural significance. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
In light of the new web seminar trend, my rate is negotiable. Let's work it out.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I first invite them to do their due diligence, then watch my videos, check out my website and Google me. Then, I arrange for a face to face meeting so we can explore the subject on a video platform in more details to make sure I am the right fit for the event. Once that is determined, I ask for half up front to guarantee my appearance.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a BA in Communications at SIU in Carbondale and am a Fellow with the Walter Kaitz Foundation.
