- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Travel charges are additional and are calculated for each individual appointment as a separate fee from the notarization and will differ depending on location, the distance traveled and time of day.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
- Customer provides basic information such as number of signatures needed, type of document needing notarization, designed appointment time, and location of notarization. - A Feva Tech representative will contact the client and provide availability information as well as the associated fee's for the service. - If the client agrees to the terms, in most cases a phone conversation ensues during which details of the notarization are discussed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are commissioned by the State of Colorado and carry Errors and Omissions insurance to protect clients. We also hold Master's Degrees in Business Administration and Curriculum and Instruction.
