I appreciate Kia helping me out in a time crunch and coming to my home to complete the paperwork I needed! It’s very difficult to get things done with 3 little kids and she make the process quick and easy! I highly recommend!

She's really amazing. She lifted a burden off my shoulders by assisting with my court paperwork for Family Court in SC. I could not have gotten through these hearings without her

Kia was absolutely amazing. She was so patient with us as we figured things out as we’re from out of town and tried to plan around the weather. After rescheduling 3 different times and places we finally decided a place and she made sure she was available to accommodate us. Even last minute we moved the time up 2 hours. Kia was so sweet and amazing.

This afternoon Suzy and I were married in a quiet ceremony in our condo here in Hilton Head. We had the most lovely Kia unite us in marriage. She had the most calming effect as we were both a little nervous. We highly recommend Kia for anyone wanting someone that is very professional, friendly and gracious. Thank you Kia, for what will be a good memory for us.

FAQs

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

My typical process for working with a new customer is to send them a message and then follow up with a call. I listen to the details of their needs and come up with a solution and appointment date and time to get it done. I do not collect any fees until the work is completed.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have been a paralegal for 15 years, I am a notary, and I am registered with the State of South Carolina as an Immigration Documents Specialist.

  • How did you get started doing this type of work?

I began my work as a paralegal after a personal situation in my life and my lack of knowledge on how the law and the system works caused me to do a lot of research. After that I was intrigued, I applied to a community college and landed my first job as a paralegal in 2008. It has been onward and upward from there.
