We need to have a Deed package notarized and Shannon responded to our request. We arranged a time for the next morning. Shannon arrived right on time. We appreciated her confidence in reading through the document and noting where we needed to sign. Her demeanor is very pleasant; she is kind, easygoing, and very professional. Actually, I'd select all five if that were an option. She went above and beyond the normal duties of a notary, printing everything out for me since my printer isn't working right now, for a reasonable fee. And all of this was on a weekend because we're under time pressure. Her assistance has helped to save my sanity, our finances, and possibly my husband's life.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our prices are very fair, for notary services we do charge but it's a flat fee. For wedding services we do ask for a non refundable deposit but we offer several packages most include deals on services. We like to customize your experience with us.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We welcome all new customers, our business is based off word of mouth and professionalism. We aim to make our customers feel welcome, and comfortable with their choice in picking us.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a member of the NNA (National Notary Association), I am also insured & bonded. I am a non denomination minister, I can also perform Celtic Handfasting wedding ceremonies.
