FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Thank you for asking about my pricing! My fee for notary services is $30. This fee covers the cost of my time, travel expenses, and notary supplies. I believe in transparency and do not offer any discounts or hidden fees. My pricing is fair and competitive with other notaries in the area. Please let me know if you have any further questions or concerns about my pricing or services. I am happy to help!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process for working with a new customer begins with an initial consultation to discuss the notarization requirements and to answer any questions they may have about the process. From there, we'll work together to schedule an appointment at a time and location that's convenient for them. When we meet, I'll verify their identity, witness them signing the document(s), and apply my official seal or stamp to complete the notarization. Afterward, I'll provide them with a copy of the notarized document(s) and a receipt for my services. I strive to make the notarization process as easy and stress-free as possible for my customers, so please don't hesitate to reach out if you have any questions or concerns.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Thank you for asking about my education and training! As a notary public, I have completed the necessary education and training required by the state in which I am commissioned. This includes a course on notary law and ethics, as well as practical instruction on how to perform notarial acts such as verifying identity and administering oaths. In addition to the required training, I stay up-to-date on changes to notary laws and regulations to ensure that I am providing the most accurate and reliable notary services possible. If you have any further questions about my education or training, please don't hesitate to reach out. Certifications: -NNA -State of Colorado -LSS
