Introduction: My work stands out because it is fun, creative, efficient, precise, and inexpensive. Everyone likes to save money and lots of people have ideas but are unsure how to execute them and I can provide great options and also do very well in troubling situations. I am never late and always meet deadlines. I like to be a few steps ahead and always provide a backup plan for worst case scenarios. I love the feeling I get from helping others with their event and providing excellent service. I know how stressful planning a wedding can be (I planned mine while pregnant) and having someone to help, even if it's packaging invitations and putting them in the mail, can make all the difference in the world. Taylor and the girls were the best. Very capable when I got covid and couldn’t be there. They took over and were remarkable. Best thing I did for the wedding, hiring them!

We are very grateful for Britainy, she helped us plan our wedding while we were living in NM and our wedding was in Colorado Springs. She was very responsive to any and all questions that we had for her and was able to know exactly what we wanted and needed from her for our special day. The picture is what Britainy created for our ceremony with the flowers we had. Britainy was great at improvising and knew what we wanted when We didn’t know ourselves. She was Very professional and we are beyond grateful how she had everything covered the day of and we were 100% confident that she would take care of set up, and take down. My husband and I were able to enjoy our day as she took care of everything we had discussed prior to our special day! We would 100% recommend Britainy!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have a flat rate pricing for my services that are based off of the size of the wedding. This also varies from package to package. I also help DIY-ers by creating custom packages and add-ons for the small things that they need help with.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer, I always like to meet in person or have a session via zoom. We send over a form that is to collect an overview of the wedding from colors and people to all vendors information such as contracted time and contact information. After that we have a consultation to go over this. the more information we are given, the less questions we have! I leave myself open to full contact via email, text, and phone call. I always let clients know that I will respond within 12-24 hours maximum but generally it is within 1-2 hours if not immediately.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have worked in the catering service, have an associates in global travel (destination weddings), tourism (what is good in the area), and hospitality (taking care of the customer/lodging), and a certificate for international event and wedding planning for personal and corporate events. I also have a business degree in business management and small business entrepreneurship.
