Blenda started working with Nancy and me in 2017. The reason she is still with us 8 years later is because she if fabulous. She know our bodies and she's smart as a whip. Compeletely reliable and responsible for keeping our old bodies working. If you have an opportunity to work with her....do it!

Training with Blenda Cooper has been one of the best decisions I ever made. Blenda rises far above other trainers I have had in the past. She goes the extra mile –it’s not just, “lift this/lift that for 15 or 20 reps,” she makes sure you are doing the exercise right, breathing in/out at the right time, holding the weights properly, keeping your form and most importantly, using your core. Blenda takes it to the limit, assessing your fitness level and how far she can push you (and she will). The methods Blenda uses are challenging and effective. Blenda’s knowledge in fitness and the extra steps she takes to individualize workouts makes for a good fit. Whether you are male/female, younger/older, if you want a personal trainer who will challenge you athletically, guide you with your nutrition needs, and keep you coming back for more, Blenda Cooper is the one for you. Remember though, it’s not magic – you will have to commit yourself to go along with Blenda’s system to make it work. You won’t be sorry though because the beneficial results you will see and feel are worth it – just ask me.

Blenda was such an inspirational, motivating, patient and fun personal trainer. I was always excited to train with her. I was constantly amazed and impressed with how she applied her nutritional and fitness knowledge with what was best for me to attain my goals. Workouts were never dull! If I could afford it I would rack up frequent flyer miles so she could be my personal trainer again!
