Dana is a great trainer. I have been working out with her for more than 6 months, and on that time I have lost over 10% of my body weight. She not only provides exercise routines that are challenging, and ever changing, she also helps with diet plans and other lifestyle changes that are needed to reach your fitness goals. - What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?My price includes all gym fees and taxes, no memberships are needed. It also includes basic nutrition coaching in addition to the training session to help ensure results. Military, Police, Fire, and EMT discounts with I.D.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?I start with measurements (bodyfat and circumference) so we can track your progress. I listen to what your goals are or help you set some. I assess your current physical state to learn what your body needs in order to tailor the program to you.
