- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is based on the number of hours booked, with a minimum requirement of 2 hours. To secure your date 40% retainer is due at the time of booking. The final payment is due 7 days before scheduled event.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Customers can request a lead, send an email, or call/text us. We'll discuss the event details, provide a quote, and if they agree, we'll proceed with securing the date through a contract and deposit.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have always been interested in the party and event industry, so I felt this was a great way to start before expanding.
