- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Just as every business is different, matching their goals to a marketing campaigns is customized. While many products and services are a set price such as Press Releases, content creation from articles and blogs to case studies, services like SEO and websites are personalized projects to fit clients goals.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Prospects are able to get a free consultation to understand where they currently stand and what their challenges are. We run audits and reports to highlight where they are found, what works, and where business is being lost. Once prospects understand the strategy of growth development online we have a launch call or meeting for new clients. As clients we'll take one of a few strategies; we handle everything as an external marketing department, a coach or strategic guide to their marketing team, or as a hybrid of the two. Clients typically see great results in 6-12 months and will consult with us after they have seen the growth and sucess they desire.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We bridge the creative and strategic marketing worlds. From campaign development to website design and development, we are able to bring structure and strategy to a saturated market. With a double degree in Advertising and Digital Studio Arts, Marketing Director Eric Sutfin is able to help provide strategic guidance on best practices from Google, YouTube, social media and many more search engines and media outlets.
