- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Tuition fees at Moon Magnet Music School vary depending on the length of the lessons. We offer a per-lesson billing rate rather than a monthly billing rate, providing flexibility without the need for monthly contracts. Additionally, we offer a free introductory lesson to help students determine if the assigned teacher is the right fit. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We begin by asking for info about the student, if they’ve played before, and what their preferences are. Then we ask for the student’s location and availability. This allows us to match the student with a suitable instructor. We will then schedule a free introductory lesson to assess the student's interests, goals, and skill level. Lessons are scheduled based on the availability of both the student and the teacher, ensuring a flexible and convenient arrangement.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our teachers are highly qualified, experienced musicians. Most of them have degrees in music education or performance or are currently pursuing a degree. They are passionate about teaching and dedicated to helping students achieve their musical goals. Our hiring process is thorough, including reference checks, background checks, and ensuring that our teachers are insured.
