Our tankless hot water heater was not working after the snowstorm. Jordan the owner came out to the house and had diagnosed the problem even before he came over. The snow covered the exhaust and that caused the problem. He was friendly, professional and on time. We will definitely call Defense Plumbing next time there’s an issue.
