Excellent! John did a stupendous job. Showed up promptly, had all the equipment, incredibly knowledgable, happy to share his knowledge, and did a great job fixing our furnace. Even game to drive up a steep dirt driveway, and not a word of complaint when we had to dig through knee-high snow to look at the pipes outside. A pleasure to work with, and a pro that I would hire again in a snap.
